Abane & Associates will work with your representative to create an effective job posting to attract top quality candidates.

 

Job Descriptions

Board of Director positions: Ensure that each director is fully aware of their roles and responsibilities before they are elected to their roles to create a stronger governance infrastructure.

 

Senior Management, Administrative and Support Staff Screening

Abane & Associates will assist in screening all incoming resumes and select qualified candidates for preliminary interviews.

 

Preliminary Interviews

This is the first step in identifying your future employee. Abane & Associates will prepare an interview questionnaire so that all candidates can be assessed according to the same criteria. Once all preliminary interviews have been concluded, we will present a list of candidates to your organization for follow up interviews.

 

 

Follow-Up interviews

Abane & Associates will contact all candidates selected for a follow-up interview and schedule them according to times/dates  as provided.  A questionnaire will be provided to ensure that all key areas identified in the preliminary interviews are addressed.

SelectionAbane & Associates will negotiate and present offers of employment to the finalist to ensure complete transparency throughout the process.

 

Traditional Contingency Rates

For many NFP organizations that would prefer Abane & Associations to undergo a complete recruitment cycle (job posting/interviews) a reduced fee of the starting salary will be applied.

 

Grant Writing

Many NFP’s require new and innovative streams of revenue. This can be achieved through fundraising and many grant opportunities federally, provincially and municipally. Let the team at Abane & Associates guide you through these complicated and confusing processes.

 

Rates are inclusive of preliminary consultation with your organization. Long distance and mileage will be invoiced separately.
*Payment Terms:  50% payable upon confirmation; balance due upon receipt of documentation.
