Renewal Specialist - JD


Location: Vancouver Area BC & Calgary AB

 

Our client, an international leading technology solutions provider, is searching for a Renewal Specialist who will play a integral role in the customer relationship process. The Renewal Speciality will proactively contact customers to renew their contracts, upselling and cross-selling product options and strengthening existing relationships.


Responsibilities

 

  • Work with Account Managers, Licensing Specialists, and manufacturer vendor representatives to maximize performance on renewals and help drive sales
  • Respond to email or phone inquiries from Account Managers and customers regarding their expiring products

  • Manage lead lists/renewal portals to maximize time, effort and sales and pipeline of quotes/orders

  • Proactively consult with customers and collaborate with Account Managers to close renewal opportunities

  • Identify new business opportunities and consult with Account Managers and other Product Specialists

  • Maintain business relationships with assigned manufacturer

  • Develop innovative new ways to reach renewable opportunities


Qualifications

 

  • College Degree and/or 3+ years of experience in sales or sales support preferably in a technology environment

  • Proven success in working enterprise opportunities

  • Demonstrated proficiency of written and verbal communication skills (including technical writing and presentations) with ability to communicate and collaborate effectively both internally and externally

  • Ability to remain calm in a fast-paced work environment and to demonstrate thoughtful leadership in assessing problems and opportunities
